Absolutely should not choose this hotel to stay. During the stay, you will enjoy the terrible event noise. the event could last until 1AM during the mid night. More important thing is, this hotel hide the event information when you check in although the hotel clearly know the night event will destroy your sleep, even you have asked the quite room is needed before check in.
